Grade 3
I grew up in Midvale and graduated from Midvale High School. I then attended North Idaho College and Gonzaga University, obtaining a degree in Elementary Education. I taught in Grangeville, Idaho for 16 years before moving back to Midvale to teach in Cambridge, (or maybe I teach in Cambridge to live in Midvale). I completed my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Idaho. Since being in Cambridge I have taught 2nd-3rd grade, 1st-2nd grade, and 3rd-4th grade.
I enjoy the challenges that each new school year brings. I look forward to being able to incorporate more technology into my instruction as this is what students relate to and will be using more and more throughout their lives.
I appreciate living in the area and being able to interact with families. It is an awesome community that shows great support for our school.
I have a daughter, Katrina, who also lives in the area, 2 stepsons who live in Lewiston, and a son, Boden, who attends Cambridge Elementary. I have one grandson, Bronson.
