Business Education and Social Studies 7-12
Ms. Moran has been teaching at Cambridge Jr./Sr. High School since
2007 as the social studies teacher (history, government, civics,
geography, etc.). Starting in 2011, she moved to the business education
program. Ms. Moran has also taken on the role of webmaster for our
school website. She hopes to develop a student website services
company to be managed by the webdesign classes.
As a former student at Cambridge Schools and more than 20 years in the
private sector, Ms. Moran values of increasing one’s knowledge in order
to improve student’s ability to compete in the world marketplace. She
wants our students to have every opportunity and advantage to meet the
challenges of an increasingly technological world so she will be
continuing her own education as she brings web design, marketing and
another school-based business to our students to increase their
knowledge and skills.

Ms. Moran has a masters degree from California State University in American Studies, Idaho endorsements in Social
Studies, Government, Political Science, Career and Technical Education and will soon have her second masters from BSU
in Educational Technology.
Ms. Moran is a member of the National Counsel of Social Studies (NCSS), Natinal Business Education Assn (NBEA), and
Idaho Business Educators Assn (IBEA). She is also a fellow with Atlantic-Bruike and with the Teaching American History
grant “Conversations Across time”.
